We are amazingly small and undeniably significant. Need proof? The sheer size of our sun, an average star in an average galaxy, is evidence enough of our smallness. In comparison, the fact that the One who breathed out that very star chose to give His life on the Cross is overwhelming confirmation that we are significant in the eyes of Almighty God. As we continue our journey around the Sun, we can take comfort in our smallness, in our significance, and in the fact, God has a plan and a purpose for each of us; to worship Him in all of His wonder. After all, if the stars were made to worship, then so will we.
